I have a sizing question. How do I ask it?
Our Team are selling our brands and styles day in and day out - they know the fits and the sizes. They will also do a try on for you if needed. You can DM us any sizing questions- you'll get your best, most informed answer there.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed as soon as possible and we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. Once we have dispatched your order you will receive an email stating that your order is on its way and with tracking details. We hope that your parcel will have arrived within 5-10 business days depending on where you are in New Zealand. Please be aware there are no courier pick ups on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays
Do you provide a pick up from store option for online orders?
Yes, we do provide an in-store pickup service for online orders.
When can I pick up my online order?
Once you have received your ready for pick up email you can collect your order any time within our opening hours. Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5pm, Saturday 9.30am - 4pm, Sunday 10am - 3pm. From 101 Revell Street, Hokitika 7810.
What is the process to return an online pick up order?
You can return your pickup item back to the Store at 101 Revell Street Hokitika. Please refer to our Returns Policy https://redstreetwear.co.nz/policies/refund-policy for further information.
Does Red Streetwear offer item exchanges?
Yes we offer exchange If we have the item available at time of contact. If you need to exchange your item for the same item please email redstreetwearhokitika@gmail.co.nz and return your item/s to Red Streetwear 101 Revell Street Hokitika 7810. Can I return a Sale item?
No sorry, final sales are not returnable. Please see our returns policy for any other information. https://redstreetwear.co.nz/policies/refund-policy.
Do you accept bank transfer as a payment option?
Yes we accept bank deposits as payment. These must be received by us prior to your order being dispatched. Please contact redstreetwearhokitika@gmail.com to arrange this.
Does Red Streetwear provide Refunds?
We only provide refunds for faulty items - Or if we cannot fulfill your order. Once the item has been returned and received by us a full refund for the items will be arranged for you. We do not refund if you simply change your mind or have damaged the item (by accident or on purpose) as per our rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act NZ (CGA)
How do I return an item?
Please see our Returns Policy or the Returns Form provided with your order.
I have sent my return to you, now what do I do?
If yours is a return for credit, once we have received your return we will issue you with a credit to your account. Please allow 10 working days from when you post the item to us before contacting us about your credit as it can take up to 5 business days for your package to arrive with us and then our team also need some time to get to your parcel. If you have not received your credit within 10 business days of returning your item(s) please contact us at redstreetwearhokitika@gmail.co.nz
I have been sent the wrong Item. What should I do?
We sincerely apologise about this. Please email redstreetwearhokitika@gmail.co.nz so we can assist you with a replacement item or refund. For more detail, see https://redstreetwear.co.nz/policies/refund-policy
My item is faulty. What should I do?
We sincerely apologise about this. Please contact redstreetwearhokitika@gmail.com to let us know the fault. Photos showing the fault must accompany the email. We will contact the supplier to try to source a replacement for you. If not, once the item has been returned by you and received by us, you will receive a full refund, including return postage costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we just ship to New Zealand at this point in time.
